WooCommerce Sales Tax Management Just Got Easier

Sales Tax Help for WooCommerce Sellers

July is what we call a “sales tax perfect” storm. Most sellers will have due dates this month, and many of those will have due dates in multiple states. Sales tax can be a real mess this time of year. That’s why we’re happy to announce that we just made using TaxJar with WooCommerce a whole lot easier.

With the TaxJar plugin for WooCommerce you can:

1.) Calculate sales tax rates for your customers painlessly at checkout

2.) Report how much sales tax you’ve collected for a simple sales tax filing process

3.) Both!

Calculations are simple. Just enter your zip code and city and we do the rest. Do you need to collect local rates from customers around your state? Don’t worry, we take care of that, too. And rates are updated monthly so you can always be sure you’re collected the correct amount of sales tax.

With Reports, TaxJar takes transactions from your WooCommerce store and packages them into handy state-by-state reports. We break down how much sales tax you’ve collected not just by state, but by county, city or other taxing district so you’re all ready to file when sales tax is due. (And in July, that’s soon. Check out our list of July Sales Tax Filing Due Dates to find yours!) All this starts at just $19/month.
