In an effort to continue to create the most easy-to-use and affordable sales tax tax tool for small businesses, we recently made a couple of changes that I wanted to tell you about. Check it out and let me know what you think.
See Your Transaction History in Visual Format
We’ve learned a lot by chatting with customers about how they want their data to be presented when they log in to TaxJar. We heard time and again that it’s important for customers to get a quick sense of transaction volume this month compared to last month (and beyond). Now when your go to your Transactions page you’ll see a simple, easy-to-understand graph that show you exactly that (pictured above).
Even Easier Account Management
Since we’re adding new integrations and features all the time. That means customers have full control over a lot of cool things like
- Basic account info like name, address, and email
- State reports – what states do you want to see on your Dashboard? How often do you file in each state?
- Accounts linked to TaxJar – see what you’ve already connected and add more like Etsy, eBay, Shopify, Bigcommerce, Amazon, Magento, and Xero Accounting.
- Simple Sales Tax API access – click to get your API key if you’re using our API for accurate sales tax calculations, like on Woo Commerce for example.
- Password management and resetting
- Refer-a-friend – get 10% of your TaxJar subscription every time you refer us a new paying customer. Oh, and your friend gets 10% off, too!
- Plan and Billing – have me mentoned you can get t20 months of TaxJar for free when you sign up for an annual subscription?
We reorganized the Account section to make managing all of the above a heck of a lot easier. Now you’ll notice all of the options over on the left hand side. Just click the option you’re looking for and you’ll be on your way!
