What does this mean for Amazon FBA sellers?
1.) Check periodically to see if you have sales tax nexus in Connecticut. You can do this by running your Inventory Event Detail Report or logging into your TaxJar account and looking for the brown Amazon badge next to the state of Connecticut on your dashboard.
2.) If you do have sales tax nexus in Connecticut, register for a Connecticut sales tax permit.
