January Sales Tax Due Dates 2017

Around here we call January the “Sales Tax Perfect Storm” because nearly every online seller will have a sales tax filing due this month. To help you get organized for your first sales tax filing of 2017, we’ve listed all of the sales tax filing deadlines by state. Just find your state and filing frequency (monthly, quarterly or annually) and we’ll show you your sales tax deadline.

Remember, even if you didn’t collect any sales tax, you’re still on the hook to file a “zero return” and even the smallest seller will likely have a sales tax return due in the calendar month of January.
